Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the FoloPrint store and every order you place with us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain language because we actually want you to read them.

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Who we are

FoloPrint is a custom printing studio operating from Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We print t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, phone cases and stickers in our own studio and deliver across all governorates of Jordan.

In these terms, "we" means FoloPrint and "you" means anyone who browses the site, creates an account or places an order.

Our current contact details (phone, email and WhatsApp) are listed on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

2. Your account

You need an account to place and track orders. The details you register (name, phone, email and address) must be accurate and kept up to date, because we use them to contact you and deliver your order.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy. The order becomes binding when we review it and mark it confirmed, and you will receive a message when that happens.

We may decline any order before confirming it, for example when stock runs out, when there is an obvious pricing error, when the content breaks section 5, or when we suspect fraud. If we decline an order already paid by CliQ, we refund the full amount.

Your electronic acceptance of these terms at registration and at checkout is legally binding under the Jordanian Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Jordanian dinar (JOD). The final price of your order, including any delivery fee, is shown clearly on the checkout page before you press the confirm button.

Available payment methods: cash on delivery (COD) and CliQ transfer. For CliQ payments we verify the payment reference before production starts, and we may contact you if we cannot match the transfer.

We never store card details. See the Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.

5. Your designs and content

When you upload a design for printing you confirm that you have the right to use it: either it is your own work or you have permission from the rights holder. You alone are responsible for any intellectual property infringement in designs you upload.

By uploading a design you grant us a limited licence to use it only to fulfil your order: processing, printing and quality checks. We do not publish your designs or reuse them for other customers.

We refuse to print content that breaks Jordanian law or is abusive: hate speech, clearly pirated material, religious insult, or content against public morals. If we refuse a design we tell you and cancel the related order line at no charge.

Check your design carefully before submitting. We print the file as received, so spelling mistakes or low image quality inside your file are not a production defect.

6. Production and delivery

Production starts after the order is confirmed (and after the payment is matched for CliQ). Delivery inside Amman usually takes 48 hours from confirmation, and other governorates 2 to 4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by seasons, holidays and courier conditions.

We deliver to the address on the order. Make sure the address and phone number are correct: failed attempts caused by a wrong address or no answer may return the order to us and require a new delivery fee.

Inspect the package on delivery where possible, and report any visible packaging damage to the courier on the spot if you can.

7. Order changes and cancellation

You can request a change or cancellation from the order page in your account (change address, change size, adjust quantity, cancel the order and more). Every request is reviewed by us and you get a confirmation of the outcome.

Changes and cancellation are available before the order enters production. Once printing of your pieces has started, custom-printed lines can no longer be cancelled because they are made specifically for you.

If we cancel your order for any reason on our side, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

8. Returns, reprints and refunds

Custom-printed products (your design or options you chose) are made specifically for you, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exemption for goods made to the consumer's specification is standard consumer protection practice.

If a product arrives defective, misprinted by us, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will fix it with a free reprint or a full refund, your choice.

Ready-made, non-customised products (where offered) can be returned within 14 days in their original unused condition. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item is defective.

Refunds are made by the original payment method: CliQ transfer for CliQ payments, and CliQ or cash as agreed with you for COD orders.

9. Reviews and site content

You can review products you have actually bought. Reviews are published after our approval, and we may reject ones containing abuse, personal information or content unrelated to the product.

Site content (text, photos, logos and visual identity) belongs to FoloPrint or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Our liability

Our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order: a reprint or a refund as set out in section 8. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities or business damage.

Screen colours can differ slightly from final printed colours because of material and colour-system differences. Minor shade variation is not a defect.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that Jordanian law does not allow to be waived.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and every order are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015 and applicable consumer protection rules.

Any dispute we cannot settle amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman. Contact us first: most problems are solved with a single message.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates apply to new orders from the date they are published on this page and do not change the terms of an already confirmed order.

For any question about these terms, reach us through the contact page.
