Privacy Policy

We collect as little data as possible: only what is needed to print your order and get it to your door. This page explains plainly what we collect, why, when it is shared, and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

We collect only what fulfilling your order requires:

  • Account details: name, email, phone number and password (always stored hashed).
  • Delivery details: governorate, city, street, delivery notes, and the map pin location if you set one.
  • Order data: products, options, sizes, prices and the order status history.
  • Design files you upload for printing.
  • Your messages through the contact form and order change requests.
  • Consent record: the time and IP address of your terms acceptance at registration.

We do not collect data we do not need, buy data from third parties, or track you outside our site.

2. Why we use your data

  • Fulfilling your order: printing, packing, delivery and order-related communication.
  • Order notifications: confirmation and status update emails to your address.
  • Support: answering your messages and change requests.
  • Legal obligations: required accounting and tax records.

We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we do not use your data for any purpose not listed here.

3. Payment information

COD is paid in cash to the courier; we store nothing about it except the payment status. CliQ payments happen inside your own banking app; we store only the payment reference you enter so we can match the transfer.

We never ask for or store card numbers or bank account details.

4. Your design files

Design files are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Only you and the print team working on your order can access them. We do not publish your designs, reuse them or show them as samples without your explicit permission.

5. When we share data

We share the minimum with a small set of parties only:

  • The delivery courier: name, phone and address, only to deliver the package.
  • Our hosting and email providers: running the site and sending order notifications.
  • Authorities: only under a binding legal request.

We never sell your data to anyone.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use functional cookies only: your login session, the shopping cart token, your language preference and the form security token (CSRF). We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics that follow you around.

Clearing cookies in your browser empties your cart and signs you out, nothing more.

7. How long we keep data

  • Account data: for as long as your account is active.
  • Order records: for the accounting and tax periods required by law.
  • Design files: a reasonable period after delivery so a defective item can be reprinted, then deleted.

When your account is deleted we delete or anonymise your personal data except what the law requires us to keep.

8. How we protect data

  • All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Passwords are one-way hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including us.
  • Design files live in private, permission-gated storage.
  • Admin access is role-restricted and permission-guarded.

If a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you without undue delay as legally required.

9. Your rights

Under the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, you have the right to:

  • Know what data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Correct your data (most of it is editable directly from your account page).
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw consent for any use not necessary to fulfil your orders.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when how we work or legal requirements change. The new version is published on this page with its update date.
